Monday – Friday (Occasional Overtime)
6am-2:30pm
Pay: $17/H
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Weigh, stage, mix ingredients according to batch sheets.
- Follow production procedures on batch sheets for staging correct ingredients.
- Clean and sanitize processing your area rooms daily
- Record the lot numbers and weights used of raw materials on batch sheets
- Follow GMP’s.
- Clean and sanitize processing rooms daily and maintain warehouse housekeeping
- Some basic math knowledge
- Ability to lift 40-45 pounds
**Previous food service experience would be helpful, but NOT required**
