1st and 2nd Shift
1st Shift: M-F 6a-2p
2nd Shift: M-Th 2p-11p F 2p-6p
 
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.      Set up and run Small and Large Laminator, Heat Laminator and Slitter machines.
2.      Understand core vision and values of the company. Incorporate into all aspects of areas of responsibility.
3.      Read job order to determine proper processes and materials needed.
4.      Track material usage (in yards) on clipboard for inventory allocations.
5.      Hand Apply selective adhesive.
6.       May perform other duties as assigned by the Finishing Supervisor.  
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1.      Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
2.      High school diploma or GED preferred.
3.      Regular attendance is an essential function of the position, may require overtime.
4.      An individual must be able to perform each job with strong attention to detail.
5.      Ability to understand and complete basic math.
6.      Must have excellent problem solving skills.
7.      Ability to formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans.
8.      Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
9.      Ability to give, receive and analyze information.
10.  Ability to read, comprehend and follow implicit and explicit written and oral instructions.
11.  Must be able to communicate and answer questions in a professional and friendly manner.
12.  Ability to use hands for 100% of work time (e.g. wrenches, screw drivers, drills, etc.); and reach above shoulders for 25% of work time.
13.  Ability to stand, walk or sit for 75% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 25% of work time.
14.  Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or less 30% of time, up to 50 pounds or less 15% of work time and up to 75 pounds or less 15% of work time.
15.  Ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less, or 20 feet or more and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.
16.  May lift up to 100 pounds.  
 
WORKING CONDITION
1.      Work near moving mechanical parts.
2.      Work with a variety of chemicals.
3.      Nearly constant exposure to vibrations, noise and chemical odors.
