This position is remote/work from home with Periodic will need to report to office in Sussex for meetings. Internet required for the position (not provided).
 
Temporary for about 6 months to assist client during busy season. Possible long term opportunities for the right candidates
 
Pay based on experience: $20-25/hour
 
 
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment team throughout the candidate recruitment process. In this role, you will identify exceptional candidates for key manufacturing positions within our organization.  This position requires the ability to actively source and develop talent pipelines across a diverse set of functional disciplines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   
·         Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.
·         Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using basic Boolean search language.
·         Utilize proprietary software for establishing candidate searches, executing mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
·         Reach out and connect with sourced leads to assess fit and interest in open positions.
·         Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated.
·         Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.
·         Evaluate candidates against position requirements.
·         Assist with administrative tasks; including creating offers and documenting selection process.
·         Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc.).
·         Effectively communicate with candidates via phone or video.  
 
QUALIFICATIONS   Education:
·         High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred  
 
Experience:
·         Previous recruiting experience preferred  
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
·         Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
·         Ability to make recommendations to effectively solve problems, using judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
·         Knowledge of Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
·         Knowledge of HR systems such as HRIS, and applicant tracking, etc.
·         Ability to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized in a fast-paced environment ·         Strong team player with the ability to work well collectively and independently
·         Experience with online sourcing and network based recruiting techniques preferred
·         Ability manage relationships, provide strong consultative skills, at various levels within the organization as well as outside
