Safely operate a machine/equipment including but not limited to manufacturing machines and lift equipment depending on area of work
Complete paperwork and data entry
Inspect equipment
Perform basic general machine maintenance
Keep production area clean and orderly
Packaging product
Palletizing/storage of finished goods
Keep production area clean and orderly
Visually inspect product and packaging
Assist in moving material and supplies to and from production area
Ensure accuracy in all required areas of work.
Perform audits on required standards within set specifications of order
Add materials to manufacturing equipment
Sorting and performing rework
Responsible for following food safety/quality/regulatory policies and procedures, executing responsibilities as identified in standard operating procedures, and reporting food safety/quality/regulatory concerns to the Production or Quality Manager.

Requirements:

Attention to detail
Able to be adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment while focusing on meeting or exceeding customer expectations
Good team player able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment
Good attendance and performance track record.
Able to effectively time manage and prioritize job functions
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
3+ years food production and/or machine operating experience
Good knowledge of and/or passion for learning about coffee manufacturing
Strong general mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of food safety and food quality standards
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
All positions require a high school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education is a plus.
