Pay Range:
$13.39-22.26 per hour depending on experience.
Shift:
10 Hour Shift (Monday thru Thurs); Friday is possibly
overtime
Training will be on 1st shift: 5:30 am – 4:00 pm
Once Training is complete: 2nd shift: 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
REQUIREMENTS
1)
Must be at least 18 years of age
2)
Must have at least 2 Years of machine experience
3)
Passing score of 75% on the company basic math
assessment test on file
4)
Must be qualified to operate 4 Assets (Must maintain
1 year continuity or be re-tested annually).
5)
Must Have High School Education or GED equivalent
6)
Must be proficient in setting-up 2 types of machines
7)
Must
have strong quality history
8)
Must
have knowledge of blueprint reading skills with knowledge of GD&T
9)
Must have a passing score on company Skills
Assessment Test (Manufacturing only)

3) Ability to set-up all primary Class A Assets and perform specialized duties
4) Mechanical understanding in developing required fixtures and jigs and related TPM system procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES
1)
Support
new equipment acceptance and sign-off prior to production

Present
new equipment options that could improve current process needs
·
Give
feedback on all new and existing fixtures and Jigs
·
Follow
Standard Work Instructions for new and existing process
·
Support
all problem solving activities with in his/her given cell area
2)
Machine
Set-Up / Operate Machine / Equipment Efficiently
·
Retrieve
correct material
·
Ensure
all correct number of pieces are processed to the Job Sheet
·
Support
all set up processes for machine to grow within the cell area
·
Fill
out job traveler including quality check of dimensions prior to processing
3)
Perform
Quality Control Check on Finished Parts
·
Measure
required dimensions to ensure first time yield
·
Get
help when needed to ensure that parts are within print tolerances
·
Support
production sign-offs for all development level’s on the Job Traveler and
quality sheets
·
Record
direct and indirect labor on time card
·
Complete
Material Issue Report
·
Record
quantity accepted and rejected when scanning off a job traveler operation
4)
Meet
all the functional requirements of the Quality Management System
5)
Support
activity to help meet all safety related requirements in his/her cell area
6)
Support
all Lean 5S improvement in his/her cell area
