Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Warehouse experience is a plus  
  • Must either have forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test.  
Essential Functions
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.    Gathers and packs orders for shipment. ·        
  • Loads and unloads trucks.   
  • Receives and inspects all incoming raw material for correct type, grade and quantity against the details on the bill of receipt. 
  • Prints labels for material pallets or drums.
  • Obtain freight bills and packing lists.
  • Print HMIS labels.
  • Unloads freight to staging area.
  • Accurately perform cycle counts.
  • Comply with all safety policies.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Operate BaaN hand scanner and terminal software.
  • Participate in Total Quality and ISO Certification.
  • Other duties as assigned.  
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must have the ability to stand for up to four hours regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include 20/20 vision, with or without correction, close vision, distance vision, color vision, full peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Any function may be performed for up to four hours with no breaks.
Operate various warehouse equipment including: forklift, pallet jack and stock picker This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. 
Working Conditions
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, box cutters and tape dispensers.   The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places.   Exposure to high heat and/or chemicals leading to known or unknown symptoms of allergic reactions   The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
