Customer Service Representative
Starting Salary Range:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ­
  • Provide customer service to all customers and potential customers – both internal and external.
  • Coordinate, complete, facilitate and file all appropriate forms and/or paperwork with regards to orders and RMA’s.
  • Accurate data entry of any and all orders into software.
  • Manage subscription billing process for subscription orders and renewals.
  • Coordinate RMA’s and communicate with Technical Support and the Customer or Partner, provide all necessary paperwork and information and follow up on outstanding RMA’s.
  • Communicate with customers on missing information and forms, provide ETA’s, tracking information, confirmations and invoices.
  • Communicate with internal departments such as Technical Support, Production, and Accounting to obtain/deliver necessary and required information.
  • Keep accurate records of all external customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Take incoming calls from the Customer Service Phone Queue.
  • Provide back-up assistance for other CSR’s when they are out of the office.
  • Provide assistance to Inside Sales Representatives, Account Managers and Channel Sales Team on post-sale items as required.
  • Other tasks and/or special projects as assigned.  
 
SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPORTS
  • Integrity, team mentality, positive attitude and commitment to the company are essential.
  • Great attention to detail is a must. Excellent data entry skills.
  • Effective, efficient time management and excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate results by effectively setting goals to achieve an objective.
  • Plan, organize, and communicate, while bringing resources together to assure achievement of goals.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the company, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, be resourceful and work independently.
  • Computer skills including email, Internet, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Exceptional attendance is mandatory.  
 
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE   
  • Minimum of 5 years prior Customer Service experience. 
  • Education is considered to include High School Diploma/GED.  College Degree preferred.
  • Ability to manipulate necessary office equipment, computers, phone system.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
  • ERP and Salesforce.com CRM experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of billing-type software preferred, but not necessary.
